Fan Palm
A Fan palm is a palm tree having palmately divided, fanlike leaves. Fan palms yield a wood, wax. They are source of a useful leaf fiber and a brittle yellowish wax. They yield sap that is a source of palm sugar and palm wine. Leaves of fan palms are used for thatching and weaving.
